Owel - Paris (2018-2019)

Classic Case of I've been checking out, but still have yet to hear an entire album (or heard it to form a semi-accurate opinion).

However, I've listened to about 2/3 of this album once, and some of the 1st couple of tracks a few times to know I am pretty much won over.

Credit goes to a super Mew/The Dear Hunter and PCR fan like myself named Heather whose maybe known best for her work on the MewX podcast.

Edits will likely have to happen, but this album dropped last Friday March 29th and Heather along with others comparisons to MEW along with some others (Oceansize and Kindo) had me curious.

Lorenzo from altprogcore also posted about them on twitter and his blog I assume.

Lots of great strings, namely Violin.

I hear Jazzkamikaze, Paper Route, Team Me, Ours, The Receiving End of Sirens, Aereogramme, Miracles of Modern Science, Revere and a lot of others.

The vocals are probably the biggest challenge, but technically their singer is pretty good. And the vocal lines are well-written. He just has a bit of an "Emo" or Youthful side (but not really like Anthony Green thankfully for me).

That and I suppose partially due to originality. They do remind me of a lot of other artists, however I think their songwriting is good enough it may not matter.

And this is their 3rd album, so I may have to go back to their previous two LPs eventually.

but for now, another album and ARTIST to come out of nowhere on my radar, that is doing progressive college rock with strings and dreamy dynamic parts that I totally go for.

And they're from New Jersey, so maybe I'll have a chance to see them live at some point.

Also they covered "The Crowing" from Coheed and Cambria, which I will have to check out soon.

REVERE - Rest in Peace

So British Band Revere have finally called it a day.
They sent me a package with some stuff from their last campaign which included a signed Setlist from a concert in 2015, and then a signed copy of their latest release, Man of Atom.

And for that I want to thank Revere for sure.

Stephen Ellis specifically as he included a nice note, thanking me in the package.

(I'll try and show it on YouTube hopefully soon)

This news of their ending while is sad, I guess I can't be highly surprised by save for the fact they've been a band for so many years (15) and yet have always been particular on how often and what they release. But many of their peers retired long before them (Pure Reason Revolution, Oceansize namely), so it was odd how they managed to stay afloat longer. I suppose a band like Archive or Biffy Clyro still are thankfully, although at least with Biffy, they did gain a large following in recent years, so that makes some sense.

I guess I've grown to see them as a live band who only recorded material when it was fully ready to record (and they had the funds of course). Why they have a limited body of work, even though they were a band for 15 years. 4 EP's, many singles and 2 full-lengths.

But their full-length albums, Hey! Selim and My Mirror / Your Target I enjoy both certainly. Their style of chamber/baroque pop/rock I always have liked and thought of with some of the other artists in the last 10-15 years using that kind of instrumentation and approach to creating music.

It is a little sad that I never got to see them live, but they are from across the pond, and while they seemed to gain a following over there, the US and North America, it was mostly blogs like my own here that found them on their radar.

So the story goes.

Hopefully the members will have future musical work to check out down the line, but until then, we do have a new video off Man of Atom, "Sonder" done by Ryan Pearce aka Man of Atom
to check out.

Revere's Homepage
Twitter

It is with a heavy heart that we announce our  decision for  REVERE to call it a day. After more than 15 years together, and as many lineup changes, we feel the time has come for us to focus on other musical projects.
We feel immensely proud of what we've achieved in more than 15 years together as a band, leaving behind two albums, a handful of EPs and a large collection of singles. This has also been done without any major support from a record label (although we must give shoutouts to Albino, Gift Of The Gab and V2). We were often asked why we were still together and the truth was that we just enjoyed writing and playing music together. We felt that what we were doing was a little bit different and exciting and enough of you agreed with us to keep us going. Thank you for that! Your support has meant everything to us!

Behind the scenes, we especially want to thank Dave Jewerén Moore whose brilliant production skills and endless patience helped mould us into the band we eventually became. Also Ryan Pearce, whose visuals and music videos added further layers of meaning and excitement to our live shows. It is fitting that our last video, for Sonder, was also made by Ryan and is a video we are especially proud of.

Revere - Man of Atom [EP] (2015-2016)

Release date is next Friday May 13th. The 1st Revere release in 2+ years. "Last Bridge Standing" the 1st single is available and embedded below.

Hints of 90s dance music, electronic synth pop, heavily effected violin and angular guitar stabs along with the trademark euphoric wall of sound, intense melodies and Stephen's lyrical baritone vocal delivery. The EP also features guest performances from Bastille’s Charlie Barnes, cellist Jo Quail and Gabby Young.

The artwork features a hyper-realistic self-‘double portrait’ painting on glass by BP Portrait Award Nominated artist Ben Ashton. The album was mixed by TJ Allen (Bat for Lashes) and mastered by Ian Carter (Ghostpoet, Stick in the Wheel).

Includes digital pre-order of Man Of Atom EP. The moment the album is released you'll get unlimited streaming via the free Bandcamp app, plus a high-quality download in MP3, FLAC and more.

What the hell KScope? yet ANOTHER band, like iamthemorning, that appear to be right up my alley on their label.

Holy shit this is some atmospheric, incredibly dreamy stuff! And this (British but at also East Indian-based?) band, it appears are taking the Pure Reason Revolution/Revere approach of releasing a bunch of singles and EP's before their 1st full-length, which it sounds like they are working on? or maybe close to finished and I imagine may get released this Season.

Some stuff here about it on their website

Some of this stuff reminds me of maybe 2 bands, 1 being the late/great Post/Dreamy Rock band from Portland, Oregon Forest Park, but maybe even more, Canadian chillwave/dream/post rock band who I last heard about in 2012, Memoryhouse.

edit: They also remind me a fair amount of the band *Shels, mainly the percussion, vocals, and use of grand sounding trumpet almost as a texture. And when they use electronics, they can sound a bit like God is an Astronaut (or Toria).

That seems vague. I suppose I hear elements of many other "post" bands (Sigur Ros?, *Shels? God is an Astronaut), including KScope band Nosound I suppose. But regardless, I am rather intrigued by this group in just hearing some of their music on the latest KScope Podcast and now online.

Love the samples (although the ones that include yelling are hit and miss sometimes).

Damn this stuff is dynamic and also very sublime.

New video for "I Won't Blame You."

2/13/13 11:59AM
http://www.revereonline.co.uk/

new single "I Won't Blame You" is available to stream there on their website. Absolutely addictive song. Love the 2nd half, little intricate parts. The style is to be fully honest, somewhat different from a lot of the Hey Selim stuff, but I totally am on board with that!

I swear I posted something about it a few months ago when they announced the title post-Pledgemusic campaign back last year, but I can't find it.

Anyway, if this latest track is any indication (along with "Keep This Channel Open" the other early single), this album could make some noise in my 2013 Album countdown come June/July and December.

edit: if the website doesn't work. A video should be coming soon I guess.

Mother Falcon - You Knew (2013) INDIEGOGO CAMPAIGN

5/9/13 1:55PM

New video for the tune "Dirty Summer." The album "You Knew" by the way, was officially released yesterday to iTunes and what not. I of course have only been able to listen to some of it sparingly with my new job starting this week. I actually may be facing listening to very little music this whole year depending on how much my job prevents my music listening. O well, priorities as many believe. I do like a lot of what I have heard of this record. Style-wise, they seem to be continuing much of the Alhambra elements, with maybe more emphasis on variety. I am reminded of bands like Emanuel & the Fear and Revere off an on.

8 Hours Left!

4/15/13 4:46PM

STREAM THE WHOLE THING (or individual tracks) HERE PER NPR

It's worth repeating, their INDIEGOGO campaign is still ongoing, and they are still looking to succeed in their goal with 7 days left (a little over $22K to reach the $40K goal. Not impossible, but a big RALLY seems like it will have to happen soon).

A super-sized chamber-rock collective from Austin, Texas, Mother Falcon constructs sweepingly
majestic rock out of a nine-piece string section, multiple horns, a bassoon, a glockenspiel
and a diverse assortment of voices that sing and shout to the rafters. The band makes
the most of those many moving parts — its songs shimmer and boom with
infectious joy — but Mother Falcon doesn't skimp on the songwriting, either. Listen to
"Marigold" or the brightly galloping "Dirty Summer," from the band's forthcoming album
You Knew, and you'll hear a group that can juggle more than a dozen discrete components
while still crafting impeccable, surprisingly airy three-minute pop songs.

Formed as a free-wheeling, 15- to 20-piece side project for a group of orchestra students, Mother Falcon
maintains an educational mission, as well; its members help operate a summer camp for young classical
musicians. But on its two full-length albums, You Knew (out May 7) and 2011's Alhambra,
Mother Falcon's classical chops fuel a sound that soars with the grandiosity of Arcade Fire
at its most anthemic. There's nothing staid or stodgy about Mother Falcon,
whose albums capture the hugeness of a band that can't fit on many of the stages it plays.

Self-released and funded via crowd-sourcingYou Knew maneuvers its way through notable shifts in tone,
often within moments; it doesn't take more than a few seconds for the band to shift gears between
the booming acceleration of "Marigold" and the plaintive brooding of "Porcelain."
Diverse and inventive, You Knew positively spills over with ideas and enthusiasm — the hallmark
of a left-field treasure to discover and cherish.

4/8/13 11:50AM-4/9/13 2:00PM
Here's the cover Art for You Knew, which is a bit odd. But they have 15 days left to succeed with their Indiegogo.com Campaign, which it appears they need almost $26,000 still (of a $40,000 goal).

Hopefully more people will get word and check out what they are doing with this upcoming album in the next couple of weeks.

I got into this band last year with their debut album Alhambra, from 2011 (my little review from last year). Nice, big ensemble chamber pop/rock group somewhat in the vein of groups like Anathallo, Jared Micah, Sufjan Stevens, The Dear Hunter and others.

Their goal is $40,000 and they are at $11,369 with 27 days to go.

The title "You Knew" and projected release (May) of this were mentioned along with an mp3 download of the upcoming 7-inch single "Dirty Summer."

Mother Falcon IndieGoGo Video from MFAccount on Vimeo.

We're Mother Falcon, a band from Austin, Texas, and we're nearing completion of our second album.
It doesn't have a title yet, but it does have a long list of new songs that we've been crafting since we recorded Alhambra in 2011.
Mother Falcon has a lot of members. We have a lot of instruments too, and musical ideas and touring plans and dreams of teaching young musicians and scoring films and writing better and better songs.
What we don't have, at this point, is a label. We don't have someone to pay for the recording, mixing, mastering and duplication of our music. We don't have an army, or even a platoon, of publicists, booking agents, and interns alerting the world every time we release a record and sending us out on the road, setting up radio performances, contacting bloggers, and sending out promotional materials.
What we do have is you.
So we're humbly asking if you'll help us be our own label, so that we can do all the things necessary to produce an album that reaches a large audience.
With your help, we'll fund the mixing, mastering, and duplication of our second record, which we aim to release in May. Then, we'll take it to New York in June and Los Angeles in August and play as many darn shows as we can.
And we'll make it worth your while. As you'll see below, you can get recordings, t-shirts, songwriting coaching, private performances, and all manner of other exciting gifts for helping us out.
Thanks for all of your support,
Mother Falcon

The Red Paintings - You're Not One of Them [Video]

Cool video and song. My memory escapes how much if any content I've included about this band in the past. The long story short is, they're an Australian "Art Rock" band I first heard about at least 3 maybe 4 or 5 years ago per my friend Hayley on the Ours fans forum I think.

Stylistically, they are kind of similar to the likes of Muse and Amanda Palmer I suppose, although that is probably quite vague still. I actually am reminded in some ways of a band like Revere, fellow/former Aussie band Battle Circus (RIP), or NewVillager with that video as well.

They have 1 LP The Virgin Mary Australian Tour Acoustic/Strings Album  and a bunch of EP's released since their formation in 1999. But ever since I've known about them, they have meant to release the album The Revolution is Never Coming but have not due to various circumstances.

I almost have got to the point to not caring. However, it seems like 2013 could be the year for that and more for them, as I am going to get to see them live next week on April 25th, at (for the 1st time for myself) Mill City Nights, opening for Mindless Self Indulgence (a band who I likely won't stick around to see).

And maybe the biggest reason I am looking forward to that show is how they are known for their live shows, maybe visually more than musically. "Art Rock" maybe in the truest sense. Ala Cloud Cult, dredg, Amanda Palmer, Jenny Dalton and others. I am expecting something more than just some guys singing and playing their instruments.

And hopefully more specifics about their long-awaited album. I suppose one thing to note which I didn't realize, is they are now residing in Los Angeles, CA. They have for the past few years in fact, but that still doesn't detract for how rare it may be to see them live in Minnesota at least.

About the Project

The Crooked Fiddle Band are about to embark on the epic quest of recording our second full-length album, and we need your help to do so.

We've been making dark, ecstatic and energetic music since 2006 and we're proud to be completely independent. All our releases have been entirely self-funded from shows and festivals (and some credit card debts along the way). This Pozible campaign will help us fund the new recording without that debt, and means you can guarantee a copy of our new album.

Our 2011 debut album, Overgrown Tales, was recorded by Steve Albini at his Electrical Audio studios in Chicago.

The experience at Electrical Audio was amazing - we got to record to tape on the best analogue gear, through meticulously kept vintage microphones. Engineer Albini has recorded thousands of albums and that experience enabled him to calmly approach all potential issues - even when we wanted to record an epic tune in 5 sections and dovetail edit the joins on tapes, or record drummer Joe shovelling snow outside.

The fact that Albini's recorded a ton of our favourite albums (The Dirty Three, Nirvana, GY!BE, PJ Harvey and Joanna Newsom) is what led us to Electrical Audio, but that professionalism is what leads us back for a return trip.

This project is all about our follow-up, tentatively titled The Deepwater Dirges.

We've written the tunes, 45mins worth.

We've booked the flights, the Electrical Audio Studio A with Steve Albini, and our accommodation in Chicago.

Here's a total breakdown of the expenses to record this album:
Studio Hire                                  $7800
Engineer                                      $8400
Tape (Tracking and Mastering)     $1275
Guest Cellist                                  $800
Instrument Hire                             $500
Mastering                                    $1100
TOTAL:                                     $19 875

We'll be covering the following:
Accommodation                          $2250
Flights                                         $7530

We're asking you to help us cover the in studio costs. If we surpass that goal, we'll be able to cover the costs of producing the artwork for our album cover and maybe even manufacturing the cds.

As a reward for helping us you can get the new album, fill in your collection of tCFB back catalogue, get exclusive merch or a one-off special event. Rewards can be combined, so if more than one option takes your fancy, you can contribute for both!

In return we promise that we'll record a unique album of oceanic epics, dockland parties and deepsea melodies, all delivered in our own crooked way. We'll record without having that money stress in the back of our minds, which is definitely a relaxing notion, and we'll deliver it to you in a timely manner.

We always appreciate the crooked community that surrounds us, your suggestions, your support and your crazy dancing. So join the crooked crew by helping get this album recorded.

$1,669 Pledged of A $19,875 Goal (35  Days to Go. Deadline February 7 12PM EST)

I pledged $10. This band I discovered last year being referred to as a "Frog" band (Fiddle + Prog), and playing in at least 1 progressive rock festival down under. I liken them to a bit like Gogol Bordello or some other energetic gypy punk, but they definitely emphasize musicianship and dynamics.

This upcoming record of theirs they plan to record this Spring I think, maybe not entirely, but at least partially based on how this campaign goes. This is on a site called "pozible.com" another in what seems to be a extensive list of fan-funding projects sites. Kind of sad how once 1 is successful like Kickstarter, how many similar (copycat) type sites (or businesses) pop up?

But regardless of what site is doing this, of course their GOAL seems rather hard to expect, at least from my perception given their cult-ish following at best. But I've seen other bands campaigns raise these enormous dollar amounts that I would never expect (Evarusnik, Revere among others), so it wouldn't shock me to see them reach their $19K goal. How that figure was made? I don't follow exactly. Over $16K just for someone to work with them in the studio and an engineer. Jeez, fuck journalism, I might want to go to school for that if that's the rate those people can charge, lol.

At any case, this will certainly be worth paying attention to, and hopefully by early February they will meet their goal (February 7th being the deadline, save for an extension like on pledgemusic). Assuming they do, when the album is finished may not be until 2014, or maybe it'll be as early as this Summer or Fall. I'd assume that stuff will come out soon, again, assuming they reach their goal for this campaign.

Josh Rouse - The Happiness Waltz (2013) (Pledgemusic)

The Happiness Waltz_cover

http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/joshrouse/

Well, another one of these campaigns of course, but certainly for a worthy artist like Josh Rouse, whose another one of my girlfriends favorites, but I caught onto. I like a handful of his tunes, and the Nashville record especially.

It says it's coming in March (19th according to the story below), so add it to the growing list of early 2013 records. He's as 13% right now, hopefully that number will go up soon. The campaign has 60 days left, although as evidenced with Revere's, campaigns can get extended.

http://www.yeproc.com/josh-rouse-returns-with-new-album-the-happiness-waltz-set-for-march-release

Josh Rouse returns with new album THE HAPPINESS WALTZ set for March release.

.........................................................
Acclaimed singer/songwriter Josh Rouse will release his new album, The Happiness Waltz, on March 19 of next year.  Sonically, The Happiness Waltz takes a trip back into Rouse’s early-2000’s period, a time when so many of his longtime fans really came on board. A number of the new tracks could easily find a home on the AM radio of the late 1970’s, nestled between some of the biggest songs of the day. Lyrically, The Happiness Waltz is very much an album in the present, featuring some of Rouse’s most personal songs to date. Rouse reunites with producer Brad Jones, who produced and engineered two of his most beloved albums, 1972 (2003) and Nashville (2005).  The Happiness Waltz was recorded in Valencia, Spain at Josh’s studio Rio Bravo; with overdubs and mixing completed at Alex The Great in Nashville, TN.
After nine acclaimed studio albums, residing all over the U.S. and touring the world, Rouse found his muse for The Happiness Waltz in what is most near and dear to him, his new family. In 2005, the Nebraska native moved to Spain, where he now spends the majority of his time with his wife and two young children. The thoughts and perspective gained from his experience as a husband and father pervades the 12 songs that make up The Happiness Waltz.
The Happiness Waltz is filled with Rouse’s thoughtful, delicate and infectious pop craft, a sound that has become his signature. The subtle grooves of “It’s Good To Have You” and “Julie (Come Out Of The Rain)” blend seamlessly with the poignant “The Ocean” and “Our Love” and the jovial “A Lot Like Magic” and “City People and City Things”. The common thread running throughout The Happiness Waltz is derived from a newfound wisdom that can only be the result of life-changing transitions. For Rouse, it is his loved ones who have provided the inspiration.
In a time when music careers come and go faster than ever, there is something to be said for an artist who has maintained a level of consistent quality output, building a solid body of work that spans over 15 years. The Happiness Waltz is a sure sign that Josh Rouse will not be ending that streak anytime soon.

Early Ghost - Cadaques (2012)

Facebook link

We are so pleased to announce the release of our first album, Cadaques, on the 29th of September. To celebrate, we will be holding an album launch weekend on the 29th and 30th of September! The first album release show will be at Servant Jazz Quarters in London on the 29th followed by a local show on the 30th at The Royal Oak in Lewes. A BandCamp link to the digital release will also be posted up here on the 29th. Hope to see you all at the album release shows!

Early Ghost - 'Cadaques' Promo from Early Ghost on Vimeo.

Long story short, I got wind of this UK-based band back in 2010 from a video from Casey Crescenzo of The Dear Hunter during his making of The Color Spectrum. He used a song from them as background in 1 of his videos. The song "1914" had this great almost vintage style of Alt-Country/Folk/Western ala Ennio Morricone or Calexico that really caught my ear.

I went on to pickup both their last EP We Crossed the Waves and their 1st. They fast became a "band to watch." They even opened for I think it was Team Me last year, and I hoped they might also get to play a show with Revere at some point.

Anyway, as the posts above show, this is their debut record, and it comes out in just a few weeks. Kind of short notice. I suspect it'll be up on their Bandcamp page on the 29th. But hopefully some more details, like a track list, will come soon.

Revere - Pledgemusic Campaign

8/14/12 10:03AM
3 days left + 32% still to go. C'mon @REVERE fans, they need your help to make what surely will be an awesome new album! http://www.pledgemusic.com/artists/revere

they just added another update/video go check it out and consider pledging.

8/3/12 5:57AM
Bumping this thread as they are still looking to achieve their goal on pledgemusic.com They are are 56% with 14 days left. They did something cool by sharing the 1st of 5 parts of a soundtrack .

And it sounds sublime, but it's Revere, so I'm hardly surprised. But I sure hope they get a push the last 2 weeks here so they can reach their goal and make this next record of theirs. If you don't know them, check out their debut album Hey Selim! or any of their singles on Youtube, Spotify, Grooveshark. and you find it's worth helping them out to make this next record.

Also they have a new song up called "Keep This Channel Open" on their Reverb Nation page which is different, but really intriguing.

http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/revere

REVERE have written an album’s worth of new material, some of which we’ve been playing live over the last few months. We’re itching to get back in to the studio so we can get these new songs to you as quickly as possible, but we need your help to do it…

So far, REVERE have been able to do everything we do thanks to the ongoing and massively generous support of YOU, our fans and friends, who have helped fund, record, film and starred in several of our music videos as well as made our first album, Hey! Selim a reality.

But for this, our second album we want to do something REALLY AMBITIOUS and we really want you to be a part of it, from start to finish! Achieving the 100% target of this Pledge campaign will get us well on our way, and we’re more than grateful for any and all contributions, but the more we raise the further we can go into achieving something really exciting, so please don’t stop at the 100% mark…

We’ll be updating you throughout the process so you can literally watch and listen the songs develop and morph into the final versions which will grace the album…

Once more, thank you so much! Your support literally does mean everything to us…!

REVERE xx

not finding en EMBED code for the video there, but this Youtube version hopefully will work.

I pledged the "Signed Set list" option the other day. Interesting the differences in this site, Pledgemusic.com and Kickstarter. It seems they give more options at identical pledge amounts, and perhaps even more TIME to reach your support goal.

I'm not sure if the fact Revere are from the UK has anything to do with why they used that site. But regardless, they are seemingly headed towards their goal at 31% with 87 days left.

Hey Selim! took a long time to come out, and was pretty impressive for a debut album. Although I do think they are a band I personally could like even more, as well as a lot more people just to hear. Their music is accessible enough. But it all depends on exposure, timing and expectations I guess.

Revere - "Keep This Channel Open"

This new song from Revere, really sounds very different for them. Less acoustic, more poppy I suppose. But I'm digging it. I wonder if more of the new music they are working is like this; which for an upcoming album that they are trying to raise funds for on via pledgemusic here,

Awesome discovery, this band/orchestra of sorts from Texas, thanks to noticing a copy come in to KFAI yesterday. They have really finely arranged strings, horns, and even accordion.

They're like an orchestra with a number of different singers. And while I can't say their ability to be incredibly different than many of the chamber/baroque (Classical influenced) pop/rock I've been into the last 5 or more years, they do seem to know how to compose good songs well, which ultimately can be most important anyway.

In other words, if you enjoy the handful of chamber rock/pop stuff I do like Cloud Cult, Anathallo, The Dear Hunter, Sufjan Stevens, Emanuel & the Fear, Brooke Waggoner, Margot & the Nuclear So & So's, Revere, Jared Micah & Hats etc, this is an easy one to suggest.

I know I'm going to be spending a lot more time with this album of theirs from last year, Alhambra to get more familiar with it. But already, it may be my favorite record from 2011, that I didn't get to hear until this year. It may have finished pretty high in the Index in fact, perhaps even top 10.

a new entry should be made when more details come out about this. But it's expected in September finally. It was 2006 when I 1st came across their name. That shows just how long ago it was. They almost pre-date my 1st exposure to Cavil at Rest (actually they may, I'm not sure).

wow it was nearly 1 year ago today I wrote this, lol.

Unfortunately, I don't have time (as usual) to elaborate about my interest and anticipation for this band's debut LP. But it's good to finally read more about it.

Release date is noted as being "Autumn" at this point. So, it could be late September or it could ne late November. But it's being mixed right now. It's been like 2 years and change since learning of them.

So..Revere it sounds like will be joining the party, how about Local Natives?

If Gogol Bordello and Arcade Fire were to form a band with some of The Doves, this is pretty close to what they’d sound like.

Not that I care for Arcade Fire of course, but that description isn't awful. I'm not sure how much this actually means, but obviously some people are becoming aware of them.

Hey! Selim drops on August 2nd. It sure would be nice to see some artwork and a track list soon.

Vote For REVERE - "We Won't Be Here Tomorrow"

I probably should mention, their album "Hey! Selim" is finally coming out on August 2nd.

Here's a good way to help them out, going up against 2 hipster bands in Morning Benders and The Mynabirds on a BBC Radio show.

REVERE Our single is on the @lamacqshow Rebel Playlist! Please vote for us by email (REVERE in subject line) http://tinyurl.com/2urjoke THANK YOU x

go here to find the proper link. The one in the embeded sample below won't have you voting for Revere, but The Morning Benders instead.
