I'm hardly an enormous fan, but I do enjoy Psychotic Waltz.
They were a name that was often mentioned when talking about early progressive metal after Dream Theater, Fates Warning and Queensryche (Savatage, and I suppose the likes of Watchtower and even Cynic).
I recall buying reissues of A Social Grace and Into the Everflow, I think in a special deluxe Double disc album. Probably about 15 years ago.
Anyway, they have done some shows and are now set to release their 1st new studio album in over 20 years, in 2020.

Legendary US progressive metal band Psychotic Waltz OFFICIAL are pleased
to announce their signing to InsideOutMusic for the worldwide release
of their first new studio album in 23 years.
The band is now
entering the studio with engineer Ulrich Wild and will see Jens Bogren
(Opeth, Fates Warning, Arch Enemy, etc.) taking care of mixing duties
for the their fifth full-length, to be released early 2020. Re-releases
of the entire PSYCHOTIC WALTZ catalogue will follow through
InsideOutMusic as well.
